Ordinances:
Introduction of an Ordinance to Adopt a Redevelopment Plan for the property located at Block 801, Lot 4.03 also known as 110-130 Skyline Drive.
Ordinance was introduced and passed.
Similar to a zoning ordinance. Then it gets referred to the planning board. Planning board meeting on November 12th at 7:30pm.
Zoning includes a max height of 35 feet.
Zoning includes businesses that could be defined as artisan food and beverage, business office, child care center, community center, co-working office, indoor entertainment, indoor recreation, instructional use, massage and bodywork therapy, personal service establishment, professional office (ex: physician), restaurant, eatery, fast food, take out, retail shop, or an urgent care center.
On November 25th at 7:30pm this will be considered for adoption by the council. The Planner, Darlene Green, PP, AICP will be present at this meeting.
