Hi Ringwood! Here are our blog notes from our November meeting. We wish everyone a wonderful Thanksgiving. We are so grateful to be able to continue to serve our community. Thank you!

Old Business:

  • The council passed an ordinance to enter a lease agreement with St. Catherine’s Parish Center for two years to be used as an interim community center for our residents. This costs $7,000 a month and includes use of the gym, stage, kitchen, and storage areas. A survey from the Borough will be going out soon to see what activities our residents are interested in.

New Business:

  • An ordinance to amend Chapter 28 Stormwater Management regulations of the revised ordinances of the Borough of Ringwood to include Section 14- Privately Owned Salt Storage. This is state mandated and doesn’t affect our DPW, Only privately owned salt storage.
